Photo Booth FAQ

  • What areas do you service?

    We are based out of Beloit, Wisconsin; but we provide services in the Greater Stateline Area (Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin)! This includes Beloit, Janesville, Rockford, Madison, Milwaukee, and everywhere in between.

  • Do you offer site visits?

    We can absolutely meet you at your venue to discuss what we offer and give you a good idea of how we can provide services your space. There is a site-visit fee that (once booked) can be applied as a credit towards your event balance!

  • How far in advance do I need to book?

    We love being able to prepare; and with certain weekends having 2-3 events, we want to make sure you get your space on our calendar! We encourage you to book as far in advance as possible!

  • Do you charge travel fees?

    We do charge travel fees, which cover the mileage and time the attendant spends driving to and from the event. This is a variable fee and is determined by the actual venue address when you request a quote!

  • Do you just drop the booth off?

    We take care of everything from setting the booth up, running it, and tearing it down at the end of the event. Outside of a few rare cases, we do not offer a drop-off option.

  • Do you provide a backdrop or props?

    Our base package includes our standard grey backdrop, and use of our groovy sunglasses. We do have a few sets of props on hand, mostly for common themes (golf, super heroes, wine & beer, weddings, office parties). We are a very minimalistic & streamlined booth provider, so when we do provide themed props, they are simple, clean, and very eye catching!

  • What payment types do you accept?

    We take digital payments (Debit & Credit) through our invoicing system, and also accept checks that are mailed or delivered to our office. We do require a non-refundable retainer fee (which is used to purchase the supplies & hold the date of the event) upon receiving your invoice, and we require the remaining balance to be paid 10 days before the event.


    If you are a larger company with NET30 terms, please reach out to us to discuss payment arrangements, and we will do what we can to work with you!

  • What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

    All retainer fees that are paid to reserve the day & time are non-refundable. If an event needs to be rescheduled, we can apply the balance paid to a future event within 180 days of the cancelled event, subject to availability. However, we cannot offer refunds for events cancelled within 48 hours of the event.

  • Do you offer prints?

    We do not currently offer prints, for a few reasons.  Due to supply chain issues we cannot guarantee supplies will be available to print.  We have also gotten phenomenal feedback from guests as they get their digital copies within minutes and can immediately share with friends and family.


    Because we are a "Social booth," All our photos, GIFs and Boomerangs are formatted for digital sharing, perfect to put on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and more!

  • Do we get copies of all the photos at the end of the event?

    Within 48 hours after the event, the host will receive a link that contains all the photos, GIFs, and Boomerangs that were captured at the event. This is perfect for events like weddings where the Bride & Groom want to keep all of the photos, or for corporate events where you can utilize the images captured for promotional & branded content.
