Entertainment FAQ

  • What areas do you service?

    We are based out of Beloit, Wisconsin; but we provide services in the Greater Stateline Area (Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin)! This includes Beloit, Janesville, Rockford, Madison, Milwaukee, and everywhere in between.

  • How far in advance do I need to book?

    We love being able to prepare; and with certain weekends having 2-3 events, we want to make sure you get your space on our calendar! We encourage you to book as far in advance as possible!

  • How many artists do I need to book?

    We use a variety of different factors to answer this question, including the total number of attendees, the length of the event, how many other activities there are at the event, and more! We have been doing this for a very long time, and want to make sure that you, your guests, and our artists all walk away from the event with a positive experience, so we may recommend booking more than one artist, or adding on extra hours as needed.


    We plan on about 15 face paints & glitter tattoos per hour, and between 15-20 balloon animals per hour, per artist. There are some events where we are able to provide services faster than that, but those are the numbers we use when determining how many artists & hours needed for your event.


    For public & larger events, we often require a minimum of two artists, and for almost all events we do have a two-hour minimum. Please fill out our "book now" form and include this information so we can get a quote specific to you!

  • Do you charge travel fees?

    We do charge travel fees, which cover the mileage and time the artists spend driving to and from the event. This is a variable fee and is determined by the actual venue address when you request a quote!

  • What payment types do you accept?

    We take digital payments (Debit & Credit) through our invoicing system, and also accept checks that are mailed or delivered to our office. We do require a non-refundable retainer fee (which is used to purchase the supplies & hold the date of the event) upon receiving your invoice, and we require the remaining balance to be paid 10 days before the event.


    If you are a larger company with NET30 terms, please reach out to us to discuss payment arrangements, and we will do what we can to work with you!

  • Can you entertain outdoors?

    We do LOTS of outdoor events, including company picnics, outreaches, public events and more! We do require a canopy for our artists, but if they are not able to provide one for us, we can bring ours for a small setup fee!

  • Do you entertain the adults at events, or just kids?

    We love entertaining for kids of ALL ages! After all, age is just a number, right? We often find ourselves painting & glittering young adults, older siblings, parents, and anyone that wants to be at an event. Balloon animals are also a hit for guests of any age!

  • What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

    All retainer fees that are paid to reserve the day & time are non-refundable. If an event needs to be rescheduled, we can apply the balance paid to a future event within 180 days of the cancelled event, subject to artist availability. However, we cannot offer refunds for events cancelled within 48 hours of the event.
